2. The service and where these terms apply

These terms apply to customers using Workived in Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as to other customers where Workived is made available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the mandatory laws of the country where you are based.

Workived provides software for attendance, leave, expense claims, employee records, tasks, and related HR operations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and the employee data you enter comply with applicable law and that you have the authority to provide that data.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another organisation's data, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Plans, billing, and taxes

Workived offers a free plan for teams of up to 10 employees and paid plans as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment processing, taxes, receipts, and payment support under its buyer terms.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your data and privacy

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Workived. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Workived available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update the service or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workived is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for Workived in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, or another applicable jurisdiction provides otherwise.
