Is Starter actually free forever?

Yes. If your organisation stays at 10 employees or fewer, Starter remains free. There is no time limit, no trial countdown, and no credit card collection.

What happens when we go above 10 employees?

Pro is AED 12 (Rp 19.000) per employee per month, billed from a minimum of 10 employees. At 11 people that is AED 132 a month. Nothing is hidden behind a quote, and you can move to Pro yourself without talking to anyone.

Do we still get mobile apps and exports on the free plan?

Yes. Starter includes mobile apps and standard exports. The free plan is meant to be operationally complete, not artificially boxed in.

Which markets are supported today?

Indonesia and UAE are pre-configured today, with multi-currency support including MYR and SGD. More markets will follow without changing the basic pricing model.
